For artwork and technical files, email us directly — we accept AI, PDF, EPS and high-resolution PNG formats.
Standard production MOQ is 10,000 pcs per design (5,000 for PE tubes, 30,000 for pharma-grade aluminum). Our Studio Small Batch service supports runs from 3,000 pcs with simplified decoration — ideal for launches, sampling and market testing.
Stock samples (blank and printed reference tubes) are free of charge — you only cover the courier cost. Fully custom printed samples carry a set-up fee of USD 80–150 depending on decoration, which is credited back on your first mass-production order.
Stock samples ship within 48 hours. Custom printed samples take 10–15 days including artwork confirmation and plate making. Revisions typically add 5–7 days per round.
Typically 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on quantity, material and decoration complexity. Peak season (March–June) may add one week — we recommend booking capacity early.
Vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) with fonts converted to outlines, CMYK or Pantone colors specified. Minimum 300 DPI for any bitmap elements. We provide free dielines for every tube size and run a pre-press check before printing.
We ship worldwide with sea (LCL/FCL), air and express options, delivered door to door with full export documentation. Freight depends on volume and destination — we quote exact landed costs with your order so there are no surprises.
